Vinyl Transfer Print & Cut

Printable polyurethane material in a 70cm wide roll, printed on a print&cut plotter with eco solvent inks and heat transferred with a press onto the fabric.

It gives us the possibility to print photographic or even linear subjects and cut them according to their design.

Suitable for fabrics made of Cotton, Polyester, Acrylic, etc. Works with almost all types of fabrics.

It is transferred to the fabric at 160 degrees C for 10”.

Great resistance to washing at a temperature of up to 30 degrees C. To keep the garment in good condition for a long time, we wash it and iron it by turning it inside out.

Advantages

  • There is no limit to the number of colors due to the property offered by digital printing.
  • Good color performance, it enables us to print photographic or even linear plain subjects without the need for secondary processing.
  • Matte finish
  • Possibility of small run, even 1 piece, low cost with good mix of material and fabric.
  • Precise placement on the fabric, due to the flexibility it offers.

Disadvantages

  • The inks used are of the CMYK MATT color palette, so the PANTONE colors are 80% identical.
  • The printing surface must be flat, so printing close to zippers, buttons, laces, etc. is not possible. Some materials that are sensitive to high temperatures are not screen printed (PVC for example will melt during application).

What kinds of objects can be printed?

As long as the surface we need to print the stamp on is flat, all objects can be printed. Bags, t-shirts, caps, , waist bags etc.
