Laser Transfer (from printer)

By the term Laser Prints we mean iron-on prints printed with a color laser printer or photocopier on specially coated papers with a polyolefin layer and a composite polymer finish.

They have excellent photographic quality results.

They are used to decorate t-shirts, shirts, polo shirts, tank tops, bags, belt bags, hats, pillows, aprons, baby bibs and bodysuits with super soft touch designs, logos and photos.

It is produced in A3 and A4 sheets and pressed at 180 degrees C for 20”, peeled off hot.

Good resistance to washing at a temperature of up to 30 degrees C. To keep the garment in good condition, we wash and iron it by turning it inside out.

Advantages

  • There is no limit to the number of colors due to the property offered by digital printing.
  • Excellent range of colors, thanks to advanced Laser printing.
  • Gentle touch on the fabric.
  • Possibility of small run, even 1 piece, low cost with good mix of material and fabric.
  • Precise placement on the fabric, due to the flexibility it offers.

Disadvantages

  • Possibility of printing on only white or light colored fabric types due to the absence of a white base.
  • The printing surface must be flat, so printing close to zippers, buttons, laces, etc. is not possible. Some materials that are sensitive to high temperatures are not screen printed (PVC for example will melt during application).

Some fabrics that are sensitive to high temperatures will not print.

What kinds of objects can be printed?

As long as the surface we need to print the stamp on is flat, all objects can be printed.
Bags, t-shirts, patterns, etc.

What materials can be printed?

  • They are prints for white or light colored cotton.
