Silkscreen on fabric

For each type of fabric (cotton, lycra, sweatshirt, nylon, polyester, etc.) the appropriate plastisol inks, watercolors, even two-component washes are used.

After printing, the fabrics go through an oven at similar temperatures to complete the fixation of the inks.

Printing is done on automatic machines (carousel) of the latest technology, up to 6 colors. In linear designs we have 100% color rendering in pantone colors on white fabrics and 90% on dark fabrics using undercoats or washes before or during the printing of the subject.

Very good performance in color gradients (raster) and four-color (CMYK) prints. Washing after 48 hours is recommended.

Durability test: Fairly resistant to washing at temperatures up to 40 O C.

To keep the garment in good condition for a long time, wash and iron it by turning it inside out.
