Silkscreen printing on cardboard sheet dimensions up to 70X100 cm and thickness up to 1cm. The inks used vary depending on the application, with matte or glossy performance, Pantone shades, varnishes, glitter and scratch-type inks.
Prints can be line drawings or raster gradients and four-colors.

Screen printing on polypropylene sheets with sheet dimensions of 70X100cm with special inks to have good adhesion to the material. The material is available in many shades, usually one side is a bit rough and the other side is smooth. It is 1mm thick but it is quite soft.
It is mostly used for notebook covers or restaurant menus/price lists but also in many other industrial applications such as keyboard skins and machine faces, it is quite flexible and can be shaped as desired with cutting dies.
Durability test: Screen printing has a very high resistance to time and weather conditions.
We print screen printing on aluminum with dimensions of 70X100 and in any other smaller shape you want.
When the aluminum has an electrostatic paint, we print it with pvc inks and any pantone shade you want. When the aluminum does not have an electrostatic paint, we print it with 2 component inks (catalyst) where we have a limitation in shades, there are the basic colors.
The material is available in many dimensions and thicknesses. In 1mm thick aluminum sheet, it is primed with white electrostatic paint.
It is widely used in inscription applications (signs, signs), indoor and outdoor markings, specification and information labels on machines, road markings and many more applications.
Durability test: Aluminum with electrostatic painting and screen printing is the most durable for outdoor use (for many years)
Silkscreen printing on Acrylic Plexiglass dimensions up to 70X100cm with pvc inks, as many colors as the logo needs and with pantone shades.
The material is available in many colors, sizes and thicknesses. It is used in many applications such as illuminated signs, billboards, space markings, etc.
Resistance test Very high resistance in outdoor conditions (sun and rain), there is a chance that in frost the transparent will crackle from the contraction-expansion.
Silkscreen printing on wooden surfaces with pvc inks in any pantone shade or with 2-component (catalyst) inks in the basic shades, depending on the quality of the wood.
To increase its durability, at the end of the finishing work, we base it with a transparent glaze. Used for outdoor signage, restaurant menus and price lists, and many promotional item applications.
Another quality application of it is in backgammon. On the outer side, a logo is printed parallel to the chessboard and on the inside the logo is printed in the center of the backgammon, it can be tied and finally varnished giving an excellent result.
Durability test: Indoors fairly good durability, outdoors it needs maintenance (polish) at least once a year.
