Transfer Flex / Flock

FLEX are ready-made color rolls of 50 cm dimension and are intended for cutting mainly single-color designs, such as letters, or two-color designs without small details.

FLOCK similarly offers the above, with the main difference being its velvet-like texture.

Ideal choice for small editions.

It is transferred to the fabric at 160 degrees C for 10”.

Very high resistance to washing at a temperature of up to 40 degrees C. Washed and ironed without turning inside out
(blouses, overalls, hats, items, etc.)

Advantages

Special durability due to ready colored material.
It allows us to do a small run of even 1 piece at a low cost with a good mix of material and fabric.
Precise placement on the fabric, due to the flexibility it offers.

Disadvantages

Only linear flat themes feature.
Limiting the number of colors due to ready colored material.
The printing surface must be flat, so printing close to zippers, buttons, laces, etc. is not possible. Some materials that are sensitive to high temperatures are not screen printed (PVC for example will melt during application).

Some fabrics that are sensitive to high temperatures will not print.

What kinds of objects can be printed?

As long as the surface we need to print the stamp on is flat, all objects can be printed. Bags, t-shirts, caps, waist bags etc.

What materials can be printed?

It can be used on numerous types of fabrics: cotton, polyester, acrylic, nylon and more.
