Printable film (pet) in a 58cm wide roll, printed on a plotter with pigment inks with hotmelt glue like the Plastisol prints of screen printing and heat transferred with a press onto the fabric. It is thin and has strong colors.
Screen printing refers to the heat transfer iron-on design that you print in the same way as in the direct screen printing method, but instead of fabric, we use silicone paper with plastisol inks. So we have our prints on paper and we choose when and how many clothes to decorate with this design. In this way, we reduce production costs considerably since we reduce product stock.
Printable polyurethane material in a 70cm wide roll, printed on a print&cut plotter with eco solvent inks and heat transferred with a press onto the fabric. It gives us the possibility to print photographic or even linear subjects and cut them according to their design.
FLEX Ready polyurethane material for heat transfer applications. 50cm wide roll with standard color chart, suitable for flat linear designs. Suitable for cotton, polyester, and similar fabrics.
FLOCK Like flex, flock is a ready-made heat transfer material in a roll (50cm wide) with a flock texture in standard shades. With the same way of cutting in a cutter we create designs or letters to decorate fabrics and clothes.
By the term Laser Prints we mean iron-on prints printed with a color laser printer or photocopier on specially coated papers with a polyolefin layer and a composite polymer finish.
They are prints for white or light colored cotton or synthetic fabrics, such as silk, satin, lycra, leather, etc. They have excellent photographic quality results.
We print PVC Stickers in any shape, maximum dimensions 70X100 with high quality pvc inks that render 100% pantone shades.
With our flatbed machines, we can product any specific work (raster, 4-color, etc.).
