DTF heat Transfer<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

DTF printing is a printing process that transfers a design directly onto a garment. The transfer is made with the help of a printable film (pet) in a roll of 58 cm width, printed on a plotter with pigment inks with sugar (glue) like the Plastisol prints of screen printing and is thermally transferred with a press onto the fabric.<\/p>\n

Suitable for fabrics made of Cotton, Polyester, Acrylic, etc. Works with almost all types of fabrics.<\/p>\n

Heat transfer to the fabric with a 5 bar press, at 160 degrees for 10 sec or with less temperature for more delicate fabrics<\/p>\n

Great resistance to washing at a temperature of up to 30 degrees C. To keep the garment in good condition for a long time, we wash it and iron it by turning it inside out.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Advantages<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • There is no limit to the number of colors due to the property offered by digital printing.<\/li>\n

    • The inks used are of the CMYK color palette, so PANTONE colors are 90% identical.<\/li>\n
    • The printing surface must be flat, so printing close to zippers, buttons, laces, etc. is not possible. Some materials that are sensitive to high temperatures are not screen printed (PVC for example will melt during application).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
